What Systems Does The Parking Heater Have


1. Intake air supply system

The intake air supply system includes: intake hose, combustion blower, exhaust gas bellows and exhaust muffler. The combustion air blower sends the air from the intake hose into the burner assembly in a fixed and quantitative manner, and mixes it with the gasoline pumped in by the metering pump, and then is ignited by the ignition plug (thermistor) and burns in the heat pump. The generated exhaust gas passes through the corrugated tube and the muffler.

2. Fuel supply system

The fuel supply system includes: metering pumps and oil pipes. The metering pump draws the fuel out of the fuel tank (the middle hose of the gasoline pump), and then sends it to the burner assembly.

3. Ignition system

The ignition system includes: ignition plug and wire. The parking heating control unit can control the ignition time and ignition energy of the pilot plug, so as to control the carbon dioxide content in the exhaust gas. The spark plug is small in size and located at the front end of the heat pump.

 4. cooling system

The cooling system includes: circulating pump, coolant hose, heat exchanger for warm air. The water channels of the cooling system on the vehicle are connected to each other, and the cooling water enters the side of the water inlet pipe of the heater assembly through the circulating pump. The fuel is ignited to release heat, which heats the cooling water into hot water. The hot water comes out of the drain pipe and enters the heat exchanger located on the lower right side of the dashboard. The fresh air blower blows the heat of the hot water into the cab, and the cooled hot water enters the next working cycle. In addition, at this time, the temperature of the cooling water coming out of the heat exchanger is much higher than the ambient temperature. Because the parking heating device is connected to the cooling system on the car, the cooling water coming out of the heat exchanger will enter the cooling system of the engine. The engine can be warmed up, and it is easy to start in cold winter, and it can also reduce the mechanical wear of moving parts.

5. Control System

    The control system is mainly composed of sensors, actuators and control elements. The sensors include external temperature sensors and combustion temperature sensors; the actuators include circulating pumps, metering pumps, fresh air blowers, and combustion air blowers; control elements include parking heating control units. The parking heating control unit receives the signal from the sensor and sends instructions to the actuator after processing.
