Host installation

1: The installation position of the main engine should not affect the original function of the car body and the vibration and wear resistance.

2: To fix the host, consider the allowable installation angle.

1: Pay attention to sticking the secondary nameplate to a conspicuous position in the engine compartment for the convenience of after-sales maintenance and testing.

2: The components and other components around the heater must be prevented from being affected by overheating or contaminated by fuel or oil.

3: The water heater itself must not have a fire risk even when it is overheated. As long as you pay attention to keeping a sufficient distance between the heater and all other parts during installation, ensure good ventilation and use refractory materials or heat shields, it can be deemed to meet the above requirements.

Installation of heating air duct

1: When laying and fixing the heating air guide hose and the hot air outlet, care should be taken not to cause injury and damage to humans, animals or temperature-sensitive materials due to its thermal radiation/contact with it or direct exposure to hot wind. If necessary, install a cover plate at the hot air duct or hot air outlet.

2: An air outlet hood must be installed on the side of the hot air outlet.

3: If the air hose is not installed, a protective grid must be inserted on the heating air suction side and the air outlet side to prevent damage by the fan or scald by the heat exchanger.

4: When installing the heated air intake, it should be noted that the exhaust gas from the vehicle engine and heater will not be inhaled under normal operating conditions, and the heated air will not infiltrate dust, salt mist, etc.

5: When using circulating air for heating, when installing the circulating air suction port: It should be noted that the hot air exported cannot be directly sucked in again.

6: If a fault occurs due to overheating, the local hot air temperature may reach 150 °C and the surface temperature may reach 90 °C before the shutdown due to the fault. Therefore, only the high temperature resistant hot air hoses approved by us are allowed to guide the hot air!

7: During functional inspection, after running for about 10 minutes, the average temperature of the hot air discharged at a distance of about 30 cm from the outlet should not exceed 110 °C (the air intake temperature is about 20 °C).

8: If the driver and passengers may come into contact with the heater during normal driving, they should install anti-contact parts.
