Heater failure 3: The flame is unstable and often reignites automatically after the fire is extinguished. This phenomenon is generally caused by insufficient fuel supply.

Solution: If the diesel supply is not cut off in time when the burner is working, it will inevitably lead to a fire. After the fire is extinguished, the flame sensor is in a high-impedance state, and the controller instructs to stop the fuel injection, and pre-blow for about 10 seconds, and then start fuel injection if the burner can be set up to re-ignite. If the diesel is still not supplied and cannot be ignited normally after the injection is started, the controller will automatically take measures to stop the fuel injection and ignition after a delay of about 10s, and the air supply motor will also stop working and light up the red warning light. After waiting for 1~2min, the thermal delay is over, and the red light can be reset manually to automatically start the next ignition process. When the fuel supply is insufficient, as the flame becomes stronger and weaker, there are often whirring and whirring sounds in the burner. At this time, the liquid in the fuel supply pipe may be accompanied by bubbles, which makes the fuel injection pressure unstable and the combustion is unstable. In addition, when there are bubbles in the oil pipe, the running resistance of the oil pump will increase and decrease, so the aforementioned "wheezing and whirring sounds" appear. When the fire is unstable, it is often accompanied by black smoke. This is because the oil pressure cannot be built up when the fuel supply is insufficient, so that the diesel is not atomized and cannot be completely burned.

Heater failure 4: Can start, unstable fire

1) When the suction pipe leaks and sucks in oil, the outside air will enter the pipe to form bubbles.

2) The suction pipe is narrow, clogged, and squeezed, making the oil path poor and insufficient diesel supply.

3) The filter of the fuel supply system (including the inlet filter of the suction pipe, the diesel filter, the filter of the oil pump, etc.) is blocked.

Solution: In winter, the oil supply system is often blocked. Because the fluidity of diesel is poor when the temperature is low, wax is easy to precipitate, which blocks the pipeline, diesel filter, oil pump filter, nozzle filter, etc., which makes the fuel supply system not smooth. Cause the fire to be unstable or extinguish the fire. If the temperature in the workshop is low, use a bake lamp to heat the oil supply pipeline, focusing on heating the oil pump, filter element and other parts. When the ignition is difficult, bake the air inlet door to preheat the air inlet.
